You should have the idea that time or money will be needed for regular maintenance and unexpected breakdowns. Parts will cost money and so will labor.
Decisions:
- Do it yourself
- Have a distributor do it
- Hire a maintenance employee
I chose to go with a coin laundry equipment distributor that offered warranty parts processing, OEM parts, and factory trained service technicians. They even offer annual service schools, where factory personnel and their service manager teach a class on proper preventative maintenance and repair of Dexter products. I also purchased customized maintenance training where a factory service technician spent a day teaching me how to maintain my laundry equipment.
